Cast: Elrond, Celebrian, Glorfindel
Disclaimer: I don't own any Elves.
A/N: Thank you Orchyd for the idea. ^^
Green is the color of envy, the color my heart has become painted with. I gave him three children. I gave him my life. I pledged my body and soul to him. But once he had want he wanted he tossed me aside.
They are always together. The only time Elrond smiles is when he is with *him*.
The great golden Balrog slayer of the hidden city of Gondolin. What is so great about him? He failed didn't he? He died, and Gondolin fell. I do not see why he is honored so greatly. He has done nothing besides die.
I should be the one that Elrond spends his time with. I should be the one that he goes to for comfort. It should be me. But no. No, he runs to that blond dunce.
I am his.
Elrond would never allow me to be unfaithful to him, yet he has taken a lover. It is hardly fair. He never even sleeps in our bed. He comes in the early morning, changes his clothes and begins his day. I know he is with Glorfindel.
I am Celebrian, the only daughter of Lord Celeborn and Lady Galadriel, rulers of the Golden Wood. I should be more than a common housewife cast aside by her husband who takes on another lover on a whim.
Glorfindel should not have Elrond. Elrond should be mine, but he is not. I fear my heart will never see color again, only green that chokes me with bitterness daily. Soon it will kill me.
